Domain and Network Support
We are experienced in servicing domains, as well as workgroups, wireless networks, routers, switches, workstations, mobile devices, VPNs, Hyper-V, windows and mac operating systems. We are also experienced in cabling, terminations, hardware repairs, and more. Remote assistance is also available when needed.
Equpment
For the most part, we're a Dell shop when it comes to workstations and servers - Dell is not perfect, but we've been happy with them over the years for the most part and their tech support is decent. When it comes to routers, switches and access points, we almost exclusively utilize Unifi equipment, which is robust, dependable and excellent when it comes to diagnosis.
Endpoint and Cloud Services
We utilize a comprehensive set of management tools that provide for us a powerful dashboard that provides the following for our clients: anti-virus protection, anti-malware, or EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) protection - (which is more advanced and comprehensive than standard antivirus protection), managed patching for most software products, cloud backups, network reports, and much more.
